Fenugreek and Amla deep conditioner Recipe
You can use Fenugreek seeds or the powder to create this recipe. I have chosen to use the powder as it is easier to make.
2 cups of warm water
2 tbsps of fenugreek powder
2 tbsps of Amla powder
4 tbsps of coconut milk
2 tbsps of Olive oil or Avocado oil
1 tbsp of raw honey
Start by mixing the fenugreek powder with warm water to form a smooth paste, then add the Amla powder. Make sure to mix well. Now add your tablespoon of honey, coconut milk, olive oil or avocado oil and mix again until you get a very smooth paste..
You can apply this hair growth remedy to your hair after washing. Cover with a shower cap or a deep conditioning cap. Leave it in for about 30 minutes and then rinse thoroughly with water. Your hair will thank you and you should see results in as little as two weeks.
You can use this deep conditioner twice a month. This strengthening and nourishing deep conditioner defines your curls and keeps them healthy.
