ORDER PROCESSING
Our normal processing time is 3-5 business days. Please allow 7-10 business days of processing during HOLIDAY SEASON and SALES. We will update time frames if there are any changes.
SHIPPING/RETURN POLICY
Sweden Domestic orders are shipped via DHL Freight.
International Orders are shipped via DHL Freight, PostNord or any other delivery system of our choice. Once order is ready for processing an email will be sent out with tracking information.
Please note that delivery is not available to certain countries at the moment.
We are committed to our customers’ satisfaction, however due to the nature in creating our products in small batches, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on USED products. The ingredients in our products are posted on our website. Please make sure you are not allergic or sensitive to any ingredient in our products before purchasing.
We will accept returns on unused/unopened products up to 5 days after it has been received. A refund will only be given on the cost paid for the products, shipping charges cannot be refunded once items leave our facility. Products ordered cannot be exchanged once they have been shipped, a refund will be issued after product has been returned.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Denaturelle has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
Please contact your local customs office for more information on what customs, duties and taxes may need to be paid. Please provide a phone number when placing an order so you can be reached by customs when your product arrives.
If package is refused or duties/tax liability is ignored, package will be returned to us. We will only issue a refund upon receiving returned package. We are not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages. Please make sure address, phone and email address is correct to receive updates regarding your order. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
LOST/DAMAGED PRODUCTS
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure the correct address is given at the time the order was placed. If tracking is showing that it was delivered and you didn’t receive it, contact the delivery company to file a claim, we will be happy to assist you with this.
If your packaged arrived and product is damaged, please send us an email immediately with photo included to [email protected]e We will get a replacement sent out as soon as possible.
